GEM for Niger FUNDRAISING 2026
A. New Building Fund
We are excited to announce GEM’s 2026 New Construction Plan for Schools in Niger (#1, #2, and #3 marked in red -see photo below)

Why is this important?
Emmanuel Academy, the brother school to Grace Academy, is projected to grow every year, grade by grade, until the 2029-30 academic year. With 20 new students every year, classrooms are needed to accommodate all subjects and grades. The chapel at Emmanuel Academy will serve many purposes: as a place of worship, as a kitchen and cafeteria every day, as an auditorium for school meetings and assemblies, nurses’ station, as well as a study hall for the students.
Maranatha Institute, a vocational school for high school graduates, was founded to train healthcare workers, such as RNs, nurse’s aides, medical technicians, and midwives. Classrooms and a small dormitory are needed to accommodate these students.
